Balance Training

Six-weeks of Balance Training!  Fitness & yoga classes plus mindset work to help you cultivate mind & body balance and experience greater peace, groundedness, and ability to rebound when tough things come your way.

This package includes access to the online training portal for eight weeks with the option for monthly continuity at completion. 

This program uses the SMH Training "Toy Package" (Bender Ball, Figure 8 Band, and Gliding Discs). The suggested equipment with purchase links will be emailed to you after your Balance Training purchase.
